前陣子給戴育傑醫師拔牙和洗牙,醫師非常細心講解拔牙完需要注意的事項,以前在其他診所都沒有跟我解釋這麼多,而且過程中也會注意是否會痛,再幫忙補麻藥,總之非常謝謝戴醫師,另外診所專屬的停車場非常方便,護理師也很親切,讚~~~

大學畢業前後因長輩推薦來這裡做牙齒矯正,後來也就來這裡處理各種牙齒的問題和檢查,包括半年定期檢查、洗牙、急性牙髓炎處理、根管治療,到前陣子矯正完成,已是潔明約7年的患者了。 要寫給這裡的評價,心情有點複雜,因為畢竟我在這裡這麼久了,矯正後期每兩週都要來一次,潔明也的確解決了我一些問題,多少有一些感情和依賴的,但是是到前陣子矯正快結束時發生一件事,讓我認真思考矯正結束後,就要另外找牙醫,因為在這裡看診,除了一些其他評論有提到的問題外,最讓我困擾的是他們不尊重患者的時間,而我的人生有很多比坐在他們診間等不知道多久還重要的事情,也因為我後來是在台北上班的,每次約診約不到週末,我就是要請假回來看,成本很高。 那天那件事是兩個月前要做假牙,他們事前有告訴我當天要四個小時的時間,我本來約了一個週五還是週六17:00的時間,但是後來他們來電跟我改時間,喬了好一陣子,最後約了一個週三的平日14:30。當天我請了一整天的假,準時到了診間,他們請我上樓後等了30分鐘吧,一位年輕漂亮的護士出來說「你要再等一下喔,因為你提早到嘛」,我說沒有啊,她說我約17:00,我說「不是,我約的是14:30,你們昨天打電話來跟我確認預約時間時講錯一次了,我說不是,(電話裡)那位小姐翻了簿子跟我確認說是14:30了」,結果那位護士一點歉意都沒有的就說「是喔,那不好意思喔因為我們牙技師和醫師的時間就是訂在17:00」,然後轉身就要進去診間⋯⋯我傻住了,也很生氣,因為其實來這看診10次有9次都要等,而且每次都是30分鐘一小時的,我從來沒抱怨過什麼,也會想說如果前面有病患有緊急情況,當然醫生要好好處理,這樣耽誤到就算了,但這次是要我再等快3小時,而且這是你們改過時間、昨天也的確認過時間的診,然後小姐一點歉意也沒有,覺得很離譜。我下樓去跟櫃台小姐詢問和確認為何有這情況,真希望是搞錯,一位戴眼鏡的年經小姐回覆我,她一開始說是14:30沒錯啊,我說但樓上小姐要我等到17:00,她再查了一下,旁邊一位比較年長、皮膚較黑、眼鏡有上下眼線的小姐也加入,查了之後,較年長的小姐試圖想要說成是我記錯時間,但後來年輕小姐不好意思地跟我解釋是因為之前跟我改約診時間時只有改到我這邊的,要處理的院長和牙技師的時間都沒改到。我說「所以是你們的錯,對吧」,主要是想回應年長的小姐,年輕小姐態度很好說「對⋯⋯真的不好意思」,我說「那請問像這樣的情況你們有賠償措施嗎?我今天一整天時間都浪費了」,年輕小姐面露困難,年長小姐竟然理直氣壯地回我說「你本來就要請一天假!」,我再次傻眼,我說「你怎麼知道我本來就會請一天假?如果我們是約17:00,我就會早上一樣去上班,下午再請假來,我就不會一整天薪水都沒了,而且我最近工作忙,請一天假我之後還要加班,然後我晚上難得可以跟我家人吃一頓晚餐,現在也不行了,我晚上還要11點才能回到台北,妳說這樣妳要怎麼賠?」(以上全部屬實,不是為了要吵才這樣說)說真的,我一直是個避免衝突、甚至脾氣太好的人,這是我第一次去要求賠償,而說實在我也不是貪錢,而是約定好的事沒被履行,而且是一整天的時間,再加上他們這樣的態度,真的覺得我要求一些賠償是我的權益!年長小姐停頓了一下說不出話,但看得出來她對我充滿敵意,然後沒正眼看我說「妳去問院長吧!」我說「好!我問!」,坐下10分鐘後,被請上樓了,不久後就有人請我進去診間開始治療,進去後感覺得到護士小姐們好像都知道發生什麼事,對我比平常客氣,躺下後,一開始幫我處理的小姐跟我說我稍後的流程,說完後我問,所以可以在18:30(如果準時開始應該會完成的時間)完成嗎?她一開始沒正面回應我,我再問一次,她才說「應該可以」,我說好。以為一切就都在正常的軌道上了,結果沒想到一直以來是我的主治醫師的院長在旁邊聽了,問那位小姐說怎麼了,小姐不好意思小小聲地說「嗯⋯櫃檯搞錯她的時間了」,沒想到院長竟然大聲且語帶戲謔地說「搞錯啊!搞錯,那我們就慢—慢—來啊!」,我聽了很生氣,就大喊說「你們不可以再這樣了!」,院長好像有點嚇到吧,畢竟我平常都很安靜客氣,他馬上語速變快說「好,好,你聽我說,我們等一下⋯(說明流程),準時讓你離開,好嗎?」,到這裡才終於感覺被認真對待,哎。最後他們4點多就結束我的療程,不過其實是有少掉一個約診的時候有說的、但不一定要當天做的部分。 寫很多了,接下來簡短地寫一些其他的經驗,有好有壞: -院長(吳醫師)的確技術滿好,給他拔牙沒什麼感覺 -根管治療是給楊蕙如醫師,我覺得她很專業,治療時感覺她的動作每一步都是經過計算的,跟她說話一樣,不多不少,也不太會碰到我 -吳醫師治療時就很會碰到我,就有如很多其他評論說的一樣「粗魯」,很多次他手的施力點都在我的眼球上⋯⋯我真的覺得我要瞎了,打開你的嘴巴時也很常很大力,很突然地就把你嘴巴拉開到不能再大的程度 -治療的流程和細節整體上不算完整,有時會說有時不會說,有時會說但沒那麼細節所以有時會有出乎意料的治療,讓我沒安全感,例如矯正初期把我的虎牙尖尖的地方磨平,我沒有一定要保留,但因為從來沒說過,突然就感覺到器具在磨它們讓我很錯愕(當時其實有點難過因為我滿喜歡它們) -有次突然牙髓炎在台北打遍牙醫都沒人願意幫我處理,痛到無法吃飯睡覺,什麼事都不能做,好險打給潔明他們願意,就馬上坐高鐵回去,院長幫我處理才能正常過生活。
