★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員服務態度超差，明明是包心粉圓只有幾顆，動作又慢到爆掉，前面只有一組客人就等了20分鐘，去別家買還可以看到笑臉:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 只見一個店員顧一個店，還挺熟練的建議顧客的口味，選擇性多，辛苦的。還好包心粉圓對我來說不是很甜，除了豆花、也有紫米、豆漿喔！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次聽到買個那麼貴的甜點，居然連個拋棄式的湯匙都要跟客人收二塊錢，怎麼可以這麼誇張，死要拗這個錢，連個湯匙都要收費，響應環保的袋子就算了，你的湯匙是鑲金的？還比塑膠袋貴？
破爛店，下次不去消費了，爛死，還可以跟別的客人講買三個湯匙六塊，買個那麼貴的甜點付贈一個湯匙也不為過吧，硬要拗這湯匙錢，真的不能接受，對待消費者可以不要表現得那麼小氣窮酸嗎？是在哈囉？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跟宜蘭當地吃的完全不一樣啊⋯⋯不知道是不是生意不好比較沒有人的關係，包心粉圓吃起來泡得爛爛的，冰球的部分也是鬆散的形狀裡面都是冰塊，吃起來很像是放很久的冰然後退了又在結凍再把它成形挖出來⋯⋯
粉圓裡面的紅豆中間是乾乾硬硬的重點是一點都不好吃
這品質實在是不行❌
