進去之前意識清楚，些許會走，接回家後完全不會走，也不太會回覆，非常糟糕！
收了這麼多費用，什麼都要錢，要求送的東西也送，卻都沒給使用，甚至放了一個月原封不動歸還！
接回時髒亂沒梳洗，身上穿的也不是本身我們自行提供！
難道疫情之下，就可以這樣隨便照顧老人嗎？當初說的一套，做的又是一套
請問如何再安心交給這看護中心
