Due to the narrowness of the land and the sparse population, the people of the village lived in poverty, because the villagers could do everything they could to raise funds with pious heart to build a humble bungalow temple temporarily. After experiencing dozens of stars and frosts, they were rotated in the thirteenth year of the Republic of China. The first fundraiser was renovated, and several horizontal houses on both sides were added and slightly decorated. It was slightly scaled. Due to the Sino-Japanese War, Taiwan fell to Japan for 50 years. After the restoration, the area adjacent to the palace was extremely barren due to negligence. It was through local people's diligence to work hard, and eventually became Lingjiefudi-Pingzhen.
The temple's self-repairing trailing edge was changed by the tide of the times and the objects changed for the stars. It suddenly fell through the fierce spring and autumn winds and rains, and it fell to the ground. It struck Mr. Liu Zhenming, the village head of the village and the gentleman in the village of Gui Chou Chun Jing Ping in 1982. Huang Azhi and others proposed reconstruction and received warm support and support from all villagers and all sectors of the community. They resolutely set about demolishing the old temple in April of the lunar calendar in the sixty-second year of the Republic of China. In the same year, the ribbon was cut and started construction on the first day of September in the same year. The front and rear halls were constructed of reinforced concrete materials. The project lasted four years until the sixty-sixth year of the Republic of China, and was completed in November.
During the construction period, many things happened, and because of the shortage of funds, they were on the verge of stopping. They were at a loss to raise huge funds. Fortunately, the three officials of the three emperors were powerful and powerful. Previously, the great virtue was not afraid of difficulties, inspired a high wisdom to go all out with the spirit of forgetting to eat and sleep, and the temple construction project went smoothly, and eventually the palace can be built with a new look, majestic and extremely ancient.

Zhen'an Palace is located in the "Dazhuang" in Pingzhen. Over a hundred years ago, this was the "Western" place of defense. Because of the indecent sound of the taboo, it was renamed "Anping Town". In the 16th year of Emperor Guangzong's Guangxu period (1890 AD), local gentry Wang Yifeng, Hu Jiayou, Yang Yuanqing and other initiatives proposed the construction of temples to worship gods and bless the place.
Therefore, the fundraising work was started. According to the records of the Taoyuan Office in the early years: the land was donated at 67.5 pings, and five houses were built as temples. The construction was completed in the 19th year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1839) The place of Pingzhen is safe, named Zhen'an Palace, and it worships the emperor of three officials. Afterwards, there were two additional repairs. For the first time in the 13th year of the Republic of China (Thirteen years of Taisho of Japan, 1973 AD), the village head Liu Zhenming and local people Huang Azhi and other initiatives proposed to rebuild. It was completed in the 66th year of the Republic of China, the Taoist building of today's reinforced large temple and red brick sulphur tile.
According to the history of the temple: when the palace was built a hundred years ago, it was formerly known as Zhen'an Temple. It was rebuilt, registered with believers, set up regulations and managed, and completed temple registration with the government before it was officially named Zhen'an Temple. At present, there are many sets of sedans in the palace, which are used as rituals to reward the gods, and two good books are printed for the people to freely read, so as to educate the people and harmonize the people. The activity center is also open for use, cooperate with the community to build a longevity club, a place for the elderly to meet casually, and provide temples as a nursery for people to get up early for sports.

Ann Palace in Pingzhen Town is very interesting. The painting style in the temple is strong, and the color scheme is full of "Hakka sense."
