吃粗飽的好所在... 這的米干/米線 跟忠貞那邊吃到的口感略有不同 似乎不是純米做的, 不過口感更為Q彈, 個人反而比較喜歡這樣的口感 綜合米線內容豐富- 4-5片豬肝-口感剛上桌時尚屬軟嫩,,若是泡太久才吃的話會變硬喔! 3-4片里肌肉片-未醃過,較無味道且口感比較看運氣... 蛋包-早期老闆煮出來的蛋包都是半熟的,現在不知道是品質關係還是其他因素,蛋包幾乎都變成全熟,影響口感... 肉燥滷汁-應該算是整碗麵主要的香氣來源,滷汁上頭匯撒上些許芝麻粒更增添香味的層次感... 湯頭-喝得出店家用豬骨熬製的高湯鮮甜,清清淡淡的豬骨香,沒有厚重多餘的油脂,會讓人一口接一口地喝下去! 米線-口感Q彈(個人比較喜歡這種不是純米做的),不過有時會因為缺貨,老闆會臨時改為更細的卻沒事先告知(不曉得是不是粑粑絲),口感就會大不相同,所以最好可以先確認一下再點! 涼拌豬頭皮-算是必點項目,豬頭皮切得夠薄但卻保留應有的口感,整體來說不但保有Q彈爽脆口感,但因夠薄所以也很好入口,味道上也有入味,若是味道不足的話,還可依需求自行沾醬搭配 海帶-滷得非常軟爛,但個人還是比較喜歡在硬一點的口感 小菜的種類不算多,不過值得一提的是,這邊的小菜(除了豬頭皮)上桌前都會再燙過加熱,所以吃到的都是熱的小菜,這點其實還蠻好的 醬料- 大蒜醬油-小菜專用 特辣辣椒-看顏色就知道屬於絕非善類的辣度,跟大蒜醬油混搭配小菜還不錯喔! 香辣油-油辣子,辣度比較適中,而且非常香,加在米干/米線湯裡面更能增加層次感及香氣,嗜辣者是非加不可的項目啊...

I personally prefer this kind of taste. Comprehensive rice noodles are rich in content - 4-5 pieces of pork liver - the taste is soft and tender when it is just on the table, if it is soaked for too long before eating, it will become hard! 3-4 pieces of muscle slices - unsalted, tasteless and taste better depends on luck... Egg buns - In the early days, the egg buns cooked by the boss were all half-cooked. Now I don't know whether it is quality or other factors. Almost all egg buns become fully cooked, which affects the taste. . . Dried pork marinade - it should be the main source of aroma for the whole bowl of noodles. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top of the marinade to add a layer of aroma. . . Soup - The broth made from pork bones in the store is delicious and sweet, with a clear and light pork bone fragrance, and there is no heavy excess fat, which will make people drink it one by one! Rice noodle - Q-boom in texture (personally prefers this kind that is not made of pure rice), but sometimes due to out of stock, the boss will temporarily change it to a thinner one without prior notice (I don't know if it is Baba silk), the taste is just the same It will be very different, so it's best to check first before ordering! Salad pork scalp - it is a must-order item. The pig scalp is cut thin enough but retains the desired texture. Overall, it not only retains the crispy texture of Q bomb, but it is thin enough to be very tasty. The taste is also delicious. If the taste is not enough, you can also dip your own sauce according to your needs. Seaweed - marinated very soft, but I still prefer a firmer taste There are not many kinds of side dishes, but it is worth mentioning that the side dishes here (except pig scalp) will be reheated before serving, so all you eat are hot side dishes, which is actually quite good sauce- Garlic Soy Sauce - Special for Side Dish Extra spicy chili - You can tell by the color that it belongs to the spiciness level that is definitely not good. It is not bad to mix and match with garlic and soy sauce! Spicy oil - oil and spicy oil, the spiciness is moderate, and it is very fragrant. Adding it to the dried rice/rice noodle soup can increase the layering and aroma. It is a must-have item for those who love spicy food. . .

A nice place to taste nice rice noddle ,perhaps the place not fancy place. No extra service,but bowl are delicious ,you can order large combination let mouth and tongue, feel the chef skill makes you feel great.
