因客戶在趕著要貨所以就沒有跟他計較
新竹貨運的招牌 很快就會被這些人搞臭掉

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常爛,同樣的貨件同時寄出,平鎮的營業所送隔天就抵達,楊梅營業所要3到7天才會送達,花更貴的錢請貨運送,還不如寄郵局,郵局慢慢送都還比你們快,這家營業所因為太多人客訴,常常乾脆就都不接電話,不處理,連要自己去營業所自取都聯絡不上。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接待人員十分客氣服務周到,但是地址謄寫漏字,造成寄送時間延誤兩天。
幸好,送貨司機有發現,重新確認地址,重新投遞,才順利完成。

竟然直接將宅配的貨品丟在我家門口
我還跟蝦皮賣場反映商品為什麼沒有到
隔天才知道是鄰居好心先收起來怕被偷了
竟然看到賣家回傳的簽收單是你們的送貨員竟然假冒我本人的簽名、此部分我將追訴到底
隨便偽造客戶名字簽收
那誰以後敢給你們宅配
貨品私吞了誰知道
大公司了這種行為真不可取

跟司機約好放在站上我自己去取
隔天去取貨時,第一個來接待的物流人員態度『非常優秀、非常客氣、非常積極(????大概是這些表情吧)』
然後找包裹找不到問我包裹長什麼樣子…
我問他們怎麼沒跟司機聯絡 他們說電話沒接
後來換了一個接待人員大概又找了十分鐘左右吧才找到我的包裹。
我想說
貨我自己來取
包裹你們沒交接好
沒必要一開始詢問取貨就態度這麼的優秀
時間我可以等我也沒催促沒說任何一句話
可以溝通另約時間取貨或你們再補寄 …

打了7通完全都無法轉接至客服人員
^_^?哈囉,我完全沒有收到要另外約時間的消息好嗎
第一次就算了
連續兩天完全無法接受 請問是載包裹去兜風是不是?
可以體諒疫情期間也許有司機確診
但竟然送不完這麼多包裹
幹嘛還把包裹都載出門????
