管委會很用心經營，定期檢查和修繕，以及進行社區改善。不定時會舉辦社區活動，警衛跟社區秘書都很親切，有問題都耐心解決。
優質社區，全家人住得很舒服。
地點離特力屋很近，附近有兩家便利超商、對面是美廉社，鄰近多家早餐店。
旁邊是即將開幕的新富綜合商場，有全聯旗艦店進駐。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看起來ok 實則問題超多 住戶的素質low 附近有健康步道 但是亂像一堆 很多人沒水準 突然就從步道衝出馬路 也沒在看 然後一堆人帶寵物隨地大小便 根本就是垃圾 集散地 還有就是住戶自己 把一些步道圍起來 不讓行人通過 根本就是路霸
It looks ok, but the problem is that the quality of many residents is low. There are healthy trails nearby, but it looks like a bunch of people who are not good enough and suddenly rush out of the road from the trail without looking at them. Then a bunch of people bring pets and defecate everywhere. It is simply a garbage collection and distribution center. It's just that the residents themselves fenced off some trails to prevent pedestrians from passing through.
