聽到同事背後嘲笑和言語攻擊另一位同事
我相信這不是第一次或是唯一一次
裡面對待新人的氣氛很不好
自己要邊看邊學 還要邊被唸
沒有專人會帶著你操作
使用機器也得要自己小心
吃飯時間雖然說半小時
還要收拾餐具 走回部門
換衣服 進去工作的地方
如果你還想上個廁所
實際上吃個飯根本不到半小時
其它事情就不必要說了
整體制度感覺很不ok.....
