★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平鎮市北勢發展協會發展中心位於振平路153號這中心建坪將近200坪 。平日是里民活動中心。附近里長們皆很熱心公益文藝活動。有組織的管理員分層負責這活動中心。都是很多義工義務幫忙社區活動。每年有辦中秋佳節慶祝活動。摸彩及書法比賽頒獎典禮。書法比賽分國小，國中，高中，社會，及長青組。提倡固有文化，端正社區風氣不遺餘力。功不可沒。
實在是一個全國最健全模範社區。
The Development Center of Pingzhen Beishi Development Association is located at No. 153 Zhenping Road. This center has a built-up area of nearly 200 square meters.
