住戶普遍素質太差，經常製造噪音一整天，無奈。給一星以上的大都不是住戶或本身就是是麻煩、噪音製造者，無感當然說好。
沒錢買獨棟別墅，卻來住公寓假裝有錢，樓下是別家住戶，不是你整棟買下，動作放輕，裝一下有水準可以嗎？
