I have lived there for half a year, but I don’t recommend it. There are two major disadvantages as follows Disadvantage 1: The room facing the road is really noisy 1. There is a bus stop sign on the road, the braking sound of the bus, the warning sound of opening the door, so big that I can hear it in the toilet 2. There are a lot of traffic on the main road, and there are often gravel trucks and cement trucks passing by, very noisy 3. Many locomotives nearby have their silencers removed, and they often get noisy in the middle of the night 4. The upper floor has very poor sound insulation. I often move something upstairs and I will hear it when I open the door. Disadvantage 2: The air quality in the room is not so good either 1. As it faces the main road, the air from the windows often smells of car exhaust 2. Very close to the industrial area, there are often strange smells, like the smoke from the Jingpeng factory fire before, the smell is so heavy that I dare not go home 3. It may be that the pipeline is old, and the drain hole of the toilet often smells strange 4. There are too many smokers in the whole building, elevators, corridors, etc. will smell smoke

The standard of tenants is uneven. Many tenants who do the Big Eight come to rent here, probably because of the majority of suites... In addition to the smell of smoke, there is also a K smell...very disgusting
