Small and beautiful. The hot water in the hot pool is hot enough. The ice water in the ice pool is cold enough to soak alternately with hot and cold. It feels very good. There is also a spar to play.

課程也很豐富、價格合理
可惜體能課場地太小
但是魷魚老師非常的好
The overall environment is very clean
The courses are also very rich and the prices are reasonable
It's a pity that the physical fitness class is too small

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 活動中心複合型功能（理髮店/咖啡/游泳池看起來蠻乾淨/籃球場/羽球卓球場）服務態度也還不錯，覺得還行在2樓還有一些裝置藝術，是會想再去運動的地方
The complex function of the activity center (barber shop/coffee/swimming pool looks clean/basketball court/badminton court) service attitude is also good, I think it's OK and there are some installation art on the 2nd floor, it is a place where I want to go to exercise again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for swimming, the depth of the pool is pretty good for who just started learning how to swimming. There are hot pool, spa pool, cold pool and the main pool. It's great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the coaches at the gym counter are having pretty horrible attitude. It seems like they are not happy with everyone wants to work out here. It would kill them if they have to look up at you and give you the entrance ticket, or some of them just sit there using their phones. So hilarious.
