滿臉問號？？？完全沒有接到電話，卻可自行結案，打到客服詢問，客服說貨物毀損，當天會有專人打電話處理，但完全沒接到電話，後來打了三通到客服，已經打不通了，付了160的運費，商品價值4000元，商品卻不知動向，也沒人處理，已申訴消基會。
