The community is located in Zhongfeng Road, Longtan District, Taoyuan City. It is clean and quiet. The living functions are very convenient. There are schools, bus stations, hardware department stores, convenience stores, small parks, Carrefour, RT-Mart, etc. The community will not launch activities, such as: Community dinners, Taichung Huabo tourism, etc., community management fees are open and transparent, neighbors are also friendly, security: the community also has a 24-hour shift guard, the security brothers are also very kind, basically can handle large and small things At the community entrance, there will be garbage trucks at 5:30. There is a gym in the community. There is also a pool table inside the gym for residents to use. The community also has underground parking. The transportation department is separated from Longtan City and Pingzhen. The bus also has Taipei. (Yongning Station) to Zhongli Railway Station, there will be a night market around 200~300 meters on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday (no rainy days).

The number of households in the community is relatively small, and it is relatively simple. Overall, I think it is not bad! Suitable for long-term living ~ I have lived in a new building before, many tenants are not of good quality, and they are noisy in the middle of the night.
