Eleven Sightseeing and Cultural Park is near the entrance of Shimen Grand Lawn. The building is very new. There is a restaurant and a coffee shop on the first floor. Originally, I wanted to go to the market, but it was empty. There is an art gallery on the second floor, and there are exhibitions of works of local artists.
