2022/3一訪。 以下是我們這桌共7人的共識: 活魚的料理(吃了6種): 只有推薦糖醋魚。 酥炸魚水準正常。 其他魚料理都不推薦,理由:麻婆豆腐魚(很不搭,完全不行),蒜泥魚的蒜泥切得太粗了,三杯魚沒有麻油香,砂鍋魚頭湯湯濁濁且完全沒味道。 最不ok的是店家在切魚的時候完全不照紋理,以致每一種料理的魚塊都是細刺,吃起來非常痛苦。 其他料理: 蔥爆牛肉不夠香。 汆燙白蝦還不錯,有鮮甜。 不知道生意為何很好.... 但我們是不會再造訪了。 (我們有吃過很多家石門的活魚,這家真的很雷)

以前都去金蘭和心蘭,這次想嘗試一點不一樣的,在Google map上面找到了這間很厲害的餐廳,他在活魚區的尾端,小小一間只有四張桌子,門口有許多客人排隊,建議要來一定要預約。 老闆和服務員人很客氣,會引導客人怎麼料理比較划算,口味方面魚類都沒有什麼土味,蒜泥口味比較重(印象中以前去別間的好像沒這麼重),蒜泥和炸魚排的刺比較多一點,是比較可惜的地方。聽老闆說,他是石門第一間活魚餐廳,整體還算不錯,下次再帶家人來消費。

朋友推薦的在地招牌活魚餐廳,因為疫情事先預訂要外帶,會依照人數推薦適合的魚大小。 這次是選擇烏溜,並且做成4道料理(最多可以一魚5吃): 1.炸魚塊:魚刺有點多,但因為是粗的刺,所以算好挑,外帶回家已經不太會酥,再用烤箱烤過就恢復美味。 2.糖醋魚:酸甜醬的甜度很剛好,有切半斷再炸,糖醋醬是回家再淋上去。 3.蒜泥魚:全部最喜歡的一道,蒜泥醬很夠味,蒜頭控一定喜歡,搭配川燙後的魚片簡單就很美味,而且烏溜真的沒有土味?? 4.砂鍋魚頭:湯底料很多,還有冬粉,湯頭也很棒,而且沒有油耗味,深深覺得比嘉義名店好吃? 另外點的溪蝦,一樣回去再用烤箱180度烤個5分鐘,就恢復美味,表現在水準之上 九層塔煎蛋份量也是很多 全部不到2千,我們吃不完剩下不少留到隔餐再吃 以後等疫情趨緩希望有機會內用

I had been to this place twice and had a very positive experience both times. The fish and the cooking deserved a solid three stars in my book. The owner going above and beyond to accommodate special requests is what earned this place the fourth star. In a restaurant specializing in fresh water fish cuisines where a fish is divided and then cooked with various methods with different sauces, it is not uncommon that some methods compliment the fish better than the others. The fired fish cutlets is the best amongst the seven different methods I sampled in two visits. The steamed fish tail is also noteworthy. The smoked chicken, which requires a pre-order, is quite tender with decent amount of smoked flavor. If you go to this place, be mentally prepared as the dining area is quite small and seats are plastic stools. My recent visit was a reservation I had at 1pm on a Sunday. There was a crowd waiting outside the restaurant upon our party's arrival. There was a crowd waiting outside as we ate. The owner had informed us there's a 90 minutes time window to consume our meal as there was another seating at 2:30. So this is a popular place with no lack of patrons. While it is not a place for fine dining, the combination of decent food and reasonable price is apparently sufficient to sustain the business.

Store provide a fresh fish, cheap, and delicious food. Our group of 11 people ordered 5 types of dish and paid 275/p. These two pics IMO are the best out of 5 that we ordered. The only downside of the store is the toilet. They only have 1 toilet, which pretty much always occupied.
