★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 二館太偏僻完全不知道在哪 服務人員說從本館到二館只需3～5分鐘 實際上走了10幾分鐘個表示也不明確 樓上還是住家 根本沒有飯店的樣子
已經告知五人住只有四張床 後來說要加床上但根本放不去

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美式設計，和蛋黃區相較:透天房家家都有不小的院子，最棒的是樓高大多為二層樓，適合小家庭及折衷家庭。整個社區美式規劃，放眼一片綠世界，清幽輕鬆。有的還有警衛。
還有鄰居之間親密又有適當舒適的距離(因有矮籬相隔，在自家庭院可看見，打照面聊天)。
還有很大的公園供運動，或親子(寵物)玩樂。
缺點:房齡大多二十年以上，管線設計及破損評估需注意。
