★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在應徵都是3休2的班，不過有人直接3休2有人就要等常日實習，光薪資就明顯差異，而且理由是需要學習的部門，暈！那麻煩直接給我不用學的如何？需用心學反而薪資起步慢，上天數又多，難怪一直缺人，讓老手教完就跑，如此惡性循環，老手以後也不願用心教，反正遲早跑的心態~深有感觸。
