Longtan Market is an ancient traditional market beside Zhongzheng Road, the main road in the downtown area. The mainland cold noodles are only a small stall in the market, but as soon as the morning market opens, there is a constant flow of customers. The toppings of their cold noodles are rich and hot and sour, and it is a little bit enjoyable to chew them into the throat. They come to eat a plate after a while and enjoy it.
