接待、結帳等,服務很不錯,環境(休息區、維修保養區)很乾淨且舒適。 優點講完了,接下來是我碰到的狀況- 中華菱利箱車(A180),七萬定期保養,因為保養完後要載重物,特別請技師把胎壓打前40、後55。保養完出廠開了幾分鐘後,胎壓數據一跳,我的天啊!跟我進場前一模一樣(前33、後43左右)。行程急迫下,還得沿路找加油站打氣! 先不說打到指定磅數這件事了,會不會連胎壓都沒有檢查啊?

一直都是在這家保養廠 前面幾次都覺得服務不錯 今天這次的回廠保養經驗讓我失望透頂 本人今日開車到廠保養 人員接待確定保養項目後 檢查外觀時也沒有特別告知方向盤有異狀 接近15:30通知取車時 一上車 雖然戴口罩 但是還是聞到很刺鼻的「疑似」清潔劑的不明味道 一開始想說他有幫我擦拭內裝 天氣冷較潮濕所以還未乾 副駕駛座前方櫃子也還濕濕的未乾 連腳踏墊也是 有不明液體 (如圖) 看見方向盤上面也有污點 (我以為是濕濕的未乾) 結果我上車後用手摸 發現是污點還凸起(如圖) 當下馬上反映給車廠人員 因為我早上車開來是沒有這些污點的(我非常確定) 所以本人牽車發現時 才會十分訝異 別處就算了 但「方向盤」這麼明顯的地方 若我開來保養廠前就有污點了我會不知道嗎… 人員馬上幫我處理 我先看見技師拿布和清潔液擦拭 但沒有作用 後來人員說他們傳給美容廠看 說是「某種膠沾黏」 並且是已經太陽曬到乾掉很久了⋯⋯ 不可能是今天開來保養的一個小時半過程弄到的 我當下是傻眼 因為我早上開來根本沒有啊!!! 我失望的地方是 第一、他們人員保養前有檢查外觀,查看里程數,但是沒有告知我,方向盤上「原本」就有污點喔。 第二、平常車子是我哥開居多,我只是今天休假幫忙開來保養,也跟哥哥確認,根本不是他之前弄到的。 後來廠長出來處理 告知我他「保證這些污點不是在他們廠弄到的」,還拿「雄獅膠水」塗在紙板上示範給我看,說這不可能這麼快乾掉…. 一定是很久之前弄到的。 我心裡想 1. 你怎麼確定這是膠? 2. 再來是膠的話,怎麼能跟辦公室文具的膠水比? 3. 如果是膠,那你們就弄除膠的幫我處理掉就好,我根本沒有那個力氣要找碴、處理好就好。 總之 事情整個羅生門 也很瞎 給我感覺是 他們想否認是他們弄的 雖然說我的確也沒有充分證據是他們弄的 只是種種跡象就是不合理 難道我會自己破壞車子 然後開去保養廠要辛苦的技師們來賠償嗎? 拜託真的我沒有這麼閒…. 後來 廠長說要幫我們更換方向盤前面這塊零件 等零件到 再通知我們來換 後來因為我們有事情必須先離開 我回家還發現更多被「不明液體」噴到的地方 我們心想算了 至少有處理就好 其他波及到的地方 只能自認倒霉 畢竟我本來就不是要找碴的 雙方各退一步 大事化小 小事化無就好 只是因為每次都去那家保養 之前經驗都很好 服務也專業 保養完車子還有淡淡香味 才會這麼信任 今天這事件真的讓我失望 以後大家要保養之前真的要清楚看好 最好是「每一處」都拍照錄影存證… 保障自己的權益
