★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11/27買了一顆ro馬達800，12/8就壞了（只用一個禮拜），拿去店家反應說要幫我們送原廠檢修，今天去發現根本沒送修，一開始說說廠商太遠，後來又說是我們自己的ro機有問題（我後來去新竹買的ro馬達從12/9用到現在都沒問題），連送修都沒有又是怎麼認定是我們使用上的問題？我們也沒有要凹他們退款或退貨，但至少要送修吧，才用一個禮拜耶，賣價還比別人貴了近一倍，售後完全不處理，非常糟糕⋯⋯
I bought a ro motor 800 on 11/27, and it broke on 12/8 (it only took one week). I took it to the store and said that I wanted to send it to the original factory for overhaul. Today I found that it was not sent for repair at all. At the beginning, I talked about the manufacturer. It was too far away, and later it was said that there was a problem with our own ro machine (the ro motor I bought in Hsinchu afterwards has been used from 12/9 to now), and we didn't even send it for repair. How did we determine that it was a problem with our use? ? We did not ask them to refund or return the goods, but at least they have to be repaired. It only takes a week. The selling price is almost twice as expensive as others, and the after-sales service is not processed at all, which is very bad...
