從民國１０５年開始，為了堅持給憨兒一個能放心成長，且安全牢靠的家，兩位創辦人發現，一開始投入的經費根本遠遠的不夠 因此江爸爸親自投入監工及尋找配合廠商，明珠媽媽則四處募集資源，包含磁磚、油漆、衛浴及水塔等，一路克服總總的困難，才把這個家完成。
Founder Jiang, because his sister at home is a severely mentally handicapped person, has worked with Mingzhu mother for social welfare work for nearly 20 years. After retirement, he still could n’t find his sister's place of resettlement, and felt the hardship of his family. In order to give Tonger a safe and secure home, with the support and assistance of many social welfare seniors and family members, he set up the Happiness Foundation together to overcome difficulties and vowed to create a warmer home for Tonger.
From the beginning of the Republic of China, in order to insist on giving her a safe and reliable home, the two founders found that the initial investment was far from enough. Therefore, Father Jiang himself invested in supervision and looked for cooperative manufacturers. Mom raised resources around, including tiles, paint, bathroom and water tower, etc., all the way to overcome the total difficulties before finishing this home.
