下次過去吃，一樣會點手工麵線跟沙茶炒羊肉。非常好吃。

忍不住問了老闆青菜是怎麼炒的
可以這麼清脆
連地瓜葉都爽口
老闆說不是用炒的 是川燙
只有在大鍋裡熱度夠 水量夠
才能快速燙熟 保留原味和口感
家裡是沒辦法做到同樣的效果的
真是奧妙~
