一、頂樓漏水(幾乎每戶都搭鐵皮就知或上網找建設公司評價)
二、樓地板很薄導致隔音超差，晚上可聽到樓上講話和走路聲。如果像我們是看中社區環境幽靜的樣子，那你住進來絕對後悔
三、有人喜歡在廁所抽菸，煙味會從家裡廁所(管道)飄出，向管委會反應後也不見改善，管委會張貼的公告隔天就會不見
