★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 距離高速公路楊梅交流道約8~10分鐘，106年10月啟用校前路北上匝道（約3~5分鐘可到，目前無南下匝道）可接五楊高架至五股，距台1線約3~5分鐘車程，交通便利，但上下班時週圍道路交通容易塞車，最好提早出門。社區最大亮點就是擁有寬廣且封閉性中庭，住戶可以在中庭閒話家常，非常有回家的感覺。
It is about 8-10 minutes from Yangmei Interchange of the expressway. In October 106, the north ramp of Xiaoqian Road was opened (about 3-5 minutes, and there is no south ramp currently). It can be connected to Wuyang Elevated Road to Wugu. It is about 1 line away from Taiwan. 3~5 minutes by car, the transportation is convenient, but the surrounding road traffic is prone to traffic jams when commuting to get off work, it is best to go out early. The biggest highlight of the community is that it has a wide and closed atrium, where residents can gossiping about their homework and feel like they are going home.
