★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 超難停車，檢舉達人很多～車位抽籤也不一定抽得到，之後連機車位都要付管理費（尚在討論中），雖然是學區，但旁邊國小國中，上下班很塞，如果沒有小孩的話，完全不考慮這裡。
