★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 楊梅老店，老式傳統座位以木板隔開他桌並當靠背，鵝肉可切前、中、後段三部份，這次選中段部份為價錢350元，中段鵝肉多為肉多少骨部份非常推薦，炒韭菜鵝腸價錢100元，口味香而鹹度適中，什錦麵價錢70元表現平平或許是不合我的口味，炒板條價錢60元口味不錯可嚐嚐看，蚵仔煎蛋100元傳統口味有加九層塔，豬頭肉100元好吃肉大塊且鮮嫩，此店10:30開始營業，我們約11:00到店內1～2位客人用餐，進入店內彷彿回到40年前老房小吃，享用著道地楊梅客家餐點，真是不輸餐廳料理阿。

The traditional taste has a nine-story pagoda. The pork head meat is 100 yuan delicious. The meat is big and tender. The shop opens at 10:30. We will have a meal with 1 or 2 guests in the shop about 11:00. Entering the shop seems to be 40 years ago. Old-fashioned snacks, enjoying authentic bayberry Hakka meals, really don’t lose the restaurant’s cuisine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老楊梅老客家都知道，雖然沒有餐廳的乾淨寬敞明亮，但是有不會讓你失望的味道和價錢，速度也蠻快的。

可能湯的會不錯。
九層塔蛋沒充分打散，
蛋黃蛋白還有點分離⋯鹽巴也沒攪均勻⋯
福菜肉片湯內容豐富，豬血、腸、肉片。
可惜福菜沒熬開，吃起來跟湯有違和感。
整體而言跟自己家吃起來的感覺很像XD
這就是家的味道XD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口味還可以但是分量不多，廚房擠了三四個但是上菜速度還是很慢，重點是排煙超級差，不是我誇飾法...整個一樓就像仙境雲霧繚繞~整個用餐區都是油煙味，既然排煙這麼差為什麼不直接開放2樓，非要等樓下滿了才開放，冷氣不是這樣省的...以後不會再去了~謝謝招待~
The taste is okay but the portion is not too much. The kitchen is crowded with three or four but the serving speed is still very slow. The point is that the smoke is super poor, not my exaggeration... The whole first floor is like a fairyland with clouds and mist~ the entire dining area is The smell of oily smoke, since the exhaust is so bad, why not open the 2nd floor directly, you have to wait until the downstairs is full, the air-conditioning is not so saving... I will not go again in the future~Thank you for the hospitality~
