醫生的看診問診都非常詳細,照內視鏡或是看喉嚨都會請你看螢幕解說,而且開小朋友的藥如果太嚴重,還會問媽媽要開苦的藥還是甜的藥,甜的藥好比較慢,給媽媽選擇,會事先跟病患溝通的醫生真的很棒
而且跟診的護理師也很親切,會幫忙哄小朋友!
診所環境非常乾淨~過年只休診三天,是最早開門幫大家看診的,真是佛心來的,而且過年去看雖然看診有加速一下,因為實在太多人了,但醫生也不會馬虎隨便看看,真的很細心!!
藥局就在隔壁兩間而已,也非常方便
線上有叫號系統可以看進度,而且少數看到這樣進度查詢網頁會有過號看診號碼,超級貼心!
第一次看診不能預約,只能現場
非初診可以電話預約,也可以看診完預約下次回診
盡可能不要讓大家等太久的時間

但是給個建議:賣保健食品和領藥可不可以區分?
知道很多藥劑師會推銷或是給病患建議相關的保健食品,這都沒關係~但並不是每個人都想要購買!
常常領藥時,都要等待前面的病患一個一個在討論保健食品,後面排隊等領藥的病患都排到門口外面了!花費半小時才領到藥一點也不誇張
這對身體已經非常不適和帶小小孩的病患來說,真的非常困擾!
尤其現在疫情期間,很多人都是想看診完、領個藥就回家
並不是每一個人都想要了解保健食品和群聚在排隊隊伍之中!

但是通通都沒有!!!
不止是電話那頭的櫃檯人員,也可能醫護人員,還有醫生,態度都超級好!身為患者的我好像也能不那麼緊張,謝謝有一家這麼好的診所,即使週日也有能看診的地方,請大家一定要支持!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 搬來楊梅住之後身體有不舒服都是到這邊看診,孫醫生非常nice,、很有耐心也很親切,診所的設備比起以前看過的其他診所感覺好些,可以看見口鼻耳的內視圖,讓自己也能認識瞭解自己的狀況。
但沒給到五星就是覺得櫃檯男同事很沒耐心,打點話預約掛號態度不是很好,有次去看診時也可以感覺到他的不耐煩,顧客上前詢問掛號方式以及醫生諮詢等(跟一旁的女護士詢問),只見這位男護士一直不停的重複對這位顧客說:健保卡請投入桶子中,如果說當下人很多他這種態度還可以理解,但並沒有什麼人在排隊掛號,如果是初次到來的客人會不高興一點也不意外,所以後台聽到那位客人直接對男護理師說:你態度好一點,覺得完全合理的。
宏彥整體感覺都很不錯,以上是我小小覺得可以改善的意見,當然在這個時期最重要的謝謝你們每位偉大的護理人員。

It’s not surprising that the first-time guest would be unhappy when queuing up for registration, so I heard the guest directly say to the male nurse in the backstage: You have a better attitude, and you think it’s completely reasonable.
