芝芝系列喝過熱的和冰的，芝士味道都偏淡，很快就溶於茶裡，感覺沒喝到芝士。
可頌味道不錯，但量偏小，只能是點心。
有一次從ubereats上點了法國餐包，遺漏了奶油果醬，覺得難過。

點無糖重拿鐵拿到飲品後喝起來明顯的是有加糖而且沒有咖啡味道，跟之前在公司訂餐喝到的味道完全不同！失望⋯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 用熊貓叫外送，冰的做成熱的，打電話反應，店員沒有一句抱歉或者不好意思，態度冷淡，跟我要了地址跟電話，也沒說要怎麼處理，就掛電話了？跟我要地址以為要補送給我，等了一個小時沒消息，再打電話詢問，同位店員接的，只說哦！不好意思我們人手不夠，下次來店裡購買報電話，補一杯給妳，那剛剛跟我要地址什麼意思？ 也只會回說「下次來補送一杯給妳」。我是不會再去啦！其實第一通電話我也只是想告訴你們做錯了，直接認錯回覆下次來補給妳，我是可以接受的，我也不一定會去拿那一杯，但沒想到遇到店員這樣糟糕的應對方式，員工訓練有待加強！

公司團訂常常講好早上送變成下午送。
個人兩三個人訂的時候常常漏東漏西（漏了芝芝）或是做錯糖冰。
延誤送單只會說單太多（前一天就下訂了也不是當天），漏了東西就是理直氣壯的問要補送還是退款沒有任何道歉的作為。
建議是可以內用大於自取。（出問題好當下反應不用浪費時間）
每次客人還要兼QC。
