外帶（幫人買的，吃一塊試味道）：口感酥脆（我有叫老闆幫我炸酥一些），哪怕外帶也仍然能吃到些微酥脆的口感，搭配醬汁，味道中上，比很多臭豆腐好吃多了
蛋煎：
內用：蛋煎煎起來有點久，吃起來不會脆，反而有點硬，口感跟吃烤過的蛋似的，味道吃起來不佳，醬汁味道不會過重，但是由於蛋煎本身味道不佳，導致醬汁也無法跟蛋煎搭配起來，蛋煎裡的菜聚成一小坨在中間，吃起來味道不佳
