老闆夫妻是嘉義人，非常親切，大方，健談，樂意分享知識。
還分享了嘉義涼麵的由來，讓我用餐順便長知識。
涼麵的麵條口感有彈性?，醬汁非常清爽還帶著淡淡的美奶滋增添獨特的風味?，盤面還撲滿滿了多樣新鮮蔬菜好健康。
米糕也非常了得，滷肉醬香都進到糯米裡面了，完全不用甜辣醬就無敵好吃，是我最喜歡的台南式口味的米糕。?
小菜滷味也不馬虎?，豆干媲美滷味攤的還好吃，吃的出是新鮮豆干，味道也滷得很夠味，應該是我目前吃過最好吃的豆干了，無須油膏就很好吃喔！?
