只開放給下五楊高架道路南下專用的休息區。
初步計算約有36個車位。
廁所非常別緻，呈圓形設計（不知是否以客家圓樓意象設計），廁所中央還有中庭花園，另外也提供通用廁所，非常貼心；
男、女廁所中間是萊爾富便利超商，可提供用路人簡單採買的需求。
