★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當初搬到這個社區，就是因為管理的非常好，也非常友善。但最近的管理條約似乎已經不再友善，且越來越嚴苛。規定地下室只能有汽機車騎及兩輪的車，然而這兩人的車包含了腳踏車。但是卻不能有幼兒的三輪車，告知因為交通法規只能有兩輪的在路上。請問在規定的事項時是否有考量家中有年齡還不能騎兩輪的呢？這項的規定是否歧視幼兒呢？所有的規定事項都是要合情合理而不是因規定的規定。我們社區應當是個友善家園，所有的規定都應該要情理出發。
I moved to this community because it was well managed and very friendly. But the recent management treaties seem to be no longer friendly and more stringent. It is stipulated that there can only be motorcycles and two-wheeled vehicles in the basement, but the two-person vehicles include bicycles. But there can be no children's tricycles, telling that because of traffic laws, there are only two wheels on the road. In the stipulated matters, are there any people in the family who cannot ride two rounds of age? Does this requirement discriminate against young children? All stipulations are to be reasonable and not due to stipulations. Our community should be a friendly home, and all regulations should be reasonable.
