第一次來店用餐,假日晚間客人很多需預約或排隊,店員很親切,需要衛生紙及餐盤時動作都很迅速,海鮮很新鮮份量也很多,點雙人套餐一男一女吃不完,只好拍謝跟老闆打包避免浪費食物,推薦給食量大的朋友! 老闆餐後也會詢問用餐情況,很親切的年輕人? 終於知道為什麼大家都給5星好評!

路過, 因為星等評價而選擇了這家店, 整體來說是可以的, 服務員先生很客氣, 飲料多樣化, 醬料該有的都有,湯頭也還行, 唯獨不太能接受的就是海鮮?⋯⋯ 算是第一次我點了海鮮但沒吃完的, 蚵仔、蛤蜊、烏賊、螃蟹, 我和夫人都覺得不是很新鮮(雖然說價格不貴) 但我會較偏好量可以少一點, 但新鮮度提升些, 不然後面海鮮都吃不完其實也是浪費, 之所以沒有給予3顆以下的原因是, 櫃檯的服務人員人很不錯也很有誠意, 不想要影響到你們的生意才給3顆, 或許我們的緣分就這次, 但是還是希望能加油?

至埔心牧場一遊順道來吃的火鍋店,意外的海鮮量多新鮮,兩大兩小吃得很飽,牛奶鍋湯頭夠味,服務態度很好。用餐空間雖普通但舒適,桌子夠大不怕東西放不下,若以吃火鍋的CP值來說算很高

經濟雙拼鍋超飽的,雖然是雙拼但是魚片有給到三片這麼多欸,湯底可以花88加購特製麻辣另外附鴨血3豆腐2塊都很入味,副餐加10元換很有誠意的滷肉飯,一般小火鍋的滷肉都很肥很難吃,這個瘦肉比較多還有香菇,菜盤新鮮也很有誠意份量很多,裡面的料除了火鍋料、一般常見的高麗菜大陸妹金針菇、南瓜大黃瓜玉米筍鳥蛋木耳,居然還有紫薯!!!吃小火鍋最重要就是醬料,該有的沙茶醬、辣椒、蒜泥、蔥花、醋都有,份量也都備的很足(最討厭那種小火鍋醬料區剩一點點蔥和挖的很辛苦的沙茶醬,所以備的很足很重要)飲料區是可樂機、無糖綠和超級甜紅茶 還有咖啡,霜淇淋有香草和巧克力和綜合的,很棒❤️如果有吃涮涮鍋的預算可以到這邊吃很划算

這家火鍋店是2021/05開始營業的,頂下來之前的前身是和風家濬,老闆是二個有堅持的年輕人,不論是海鮮的鮮度及湯頭都非常讚,一般在涮涮鍋店很少能嚐到這麼新鮮美味的食材,有點驚艷到了!尤其在楊梅這種火鍋荒漠更加難能可貴。 我們依照服務生弟弟的建議點了$700多($798?忘了)的雙人8海鮮鍋,開二鍋,各自有自已的肉盤及菜盤,麻辣鍋湯頭好,一吃到麻辣鴨血我們眼睛都亮了,不只嫩、還很入味,立刻加點一盤,(加點區有麻辣鴨血6塊$35、麻辣豆腐6塊$35、鴨血3塊+豆腐3塊$50,個人覺得單點鴨血還是比較划算),酸菜白肉鍋的酸菜真的有酸度,很爽口。不像一般的酸菜鍋,白菜一入鍋就不酸,只剩湯酸而已。最後上了海鮮船真的很澎派,排滿8種海鮮,尤其是那蚵仔鮮甜一點都不腥,蛤蜊還活活的在我眼前動起來,伸出舌頭及噴水管,是有這麼新鮮!詢問老闆他們堅持每日新鮮採買賣完為止,蚵仔產自東石,我已經看好菜單下次來要專攻蚵仔鍋了。 優良店家值得支持!
