★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 健身房氛圍不會有壓力，教練不會強推課程，而且有問題都會耐心回答，但是環境要注意，飲水機跟旁邊都是灰塵，建議定期清理；另外下午去時，器材槓片非常亂，一台機器應該固定配多少槓片，建議定時整理。
健身房還是要有一定的規矩與監督喔，可以善意的提醒會員，跟會員一起恢復原位，還可以跟會員有良好的互動，希望你們更好。
