韋	韋大宝 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一進店裡其實我心裡有點慌，因為客人真的少到不行我到吃飽出店門算了算連我一共六桌而已… 在疫情之下生意真的難做，畢竟像我這種愛吃不怕死的畢竟是少數>_< 他鍋底口味很多種，但我還是點了清燉。主要是我想把他和羊霸天下做一下比較。喝了一口湯，覺得還不錯喝得出來有大量羊肉煮出來的甜味，但也就還可以少了羊霸天下那種蔬果的清甜味，就清燉的話我個人還是喜歡羊霸。看了看食材部份其實就蠻一般的，沒什麼特別的亮點，硬要說的話大概只有水蓮比較少見。不像羊霸還有蝦子什麼的… 羊肉部份我都試了一輪，主要還是主攻他的手撕羊和羊膝。至於羊肉片真心不推薦…牛肉片也較為普通。手撕羊雖然也是肋排的部份，但很明顯他有特別挑過，他是那種類似三層的部份，所以咬下去會有一些肥肉的部份，吃起來特別香…雖然骨頭有點多，但我蠻喜歡這種口感的…今天我就幹了三盤原則上這間店對我來說有點遠了，雖然也同樣不用收服務費但要抽單身汪費50元…所以我不推薦特地跑過來吃這間，如果有經過倒是可以來試試他的手撕羊，真的好吃。謝謝觀看我的食記，也希望各位飽友吃得開心身體健康，還有別浪費食材哦^_^
