The employees are all Yangmei locals, even for three generations. Although the salary of a decades-old company is not high, it is convenient to ask for leave, work hours are quite flexible, and leave work on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很古老公司，薪資普通，但是人情味夠，一堆做35年都當阿公啊嬤還在做，因為都是楊梅人，加減做。準時上下班，免費住宿宿舍是最大賣點。
It is an old company with a mediocre salary, but it has enough human touch. I have been working as grandpa for 35 years and my mother is still doing it, because they are all Yangmei people, plus or minus. Getting to and from get off work on time, free dormitory accommodation is the biggest selling point.
