★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3月中去門市要續約Asus ROG 5Z，小姐說手機沒貨要訂，貨到通知我，但是都過了近一個月還是沒通知，以為還真的沒貨，結果4月初想說去埔心神腦門市問問是否缺貨但跟本就是現貨充足，所以應該是小姐沒訂才這樣子，所以真的是服務差，也找不到人問，只好去別地方續約比較實在。
In mid-March, I went to the store to renew the Asus ROG 5Z. The lady said that the mobile phone was out of stock and she would notify me when the phone arrived, but it had been nearly a month. In the mind, the store asked if it was out of stock, but the stock was sufficient, so it should be because the lady didn't order it, so the service was really poor, and there was no one to ask, so it was more realistic to go to another place to renew the contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 效率超級差的！進來35分鐘有三個櫃檯都沒有更換客戶，同一個客戶可以做半個小時以上⋯為什麼可以這樣浪費客人的時間
Very inefficient! 35 minutes after coming in, there are three counters without changing customers. The same customer can do it for more than half an hour...why can we waste customers' time like this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. Many times I went there. Few staffs speak English. But they are all of great assistance, very attentive and helpful. But there is a wait. Everytime I waited a bit long for the service. Restroom is there.
