1、阿嬤點完餐把餐單放桌上就退到後面是因爲那邊已經擠了一堆人，阿嬤也是跟大家一樣在旁邊等叫單，不在那邊擋人點餐是正確的。
2、你說阿嬤點完餐就走是他的問題，但阿嬤點完餐放餐單的時候那邊是有店員的，只是後來那位戴帽子的店員去送餐，沒戴帽子的接續看到餐單就氣噗噗的大吼是誰的餐單，是你們流程的問題不是客人的問題。
3、你們確實是因為很忙所以態度不好。

唯一缺點是店員多但內用桌清理的速度好慢，想進去找位置坐結果每桌都擺滿前客人用餐後的碗筷…
