祖祠是家族認同與凝聚的地方，前司法院院長謝在全退休後擔任財團法人謝姓宗親會的董事長，依然孜孜不倦地勉勵後輩子孫，期勉光耀門楣。
附近約1公里處的桃89鄉道處則是謝姓祖塔，這座美輪美奐的祖塔則是透過謝家所有人出錢出力重新整建而成，是先祖及祖公祖婆長眠之福地。

About 1 kilometer away from Tao 89 Township Road is the ancestral pagoda named Xie. This beautiful ancestral pagoda was rebuilt through the money and efforts of all the Xie family. Blessed land.
