★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 改建後的新屋圖書館是一個具有在地文化特色的圖書館，設備環境都不錯，圖書豐富。
ㄧ樓設有兒童區，每星期六下午2:00是說故事時間，故事媽媽說故事，和幼兒親切互動，場面很溫馨!
二樓設有ㄧ般圖書區，主題書專區，新書區，和新屋專區。新屋專區的圖書，收藏了介紹新屋人文地理的書籍，對於想進一步了解新屋風土民情的人，很有幫助。
三樓有藝文展，客家專區，和新屋在地藝文專區。新屋在地藝文專區的藏書，有在地的文學作品和兒童文學作品，以及在地美術家的畫冊，展現在地文化特色。三樓也經常展出畫展，為新屋地區增添不少文化養分。
The newly-built Xinwu Library is a library with local cultural characteristics. The equipment environment is good and the books are rich.
There is a children's area in the tower, every Saturday at 2:00 pm is the story time, the story mother tells the story, and the children interact with each other, the scene is very warm!
On the second floor, there is a library-like book area, a theme book area, a new book area, and a new house area. The books in the Xinwu area contain books that introduce the humanities and geography of the new house. It is very helpful for those who want to know more about the new homes and customs.
On the third floor, there is an art exhibition, a Hakka area, and a new house in the local art area. The collection of new houses in the local art and cultural districts, there are local literary works and children's literature works, as well as the albums of local artists, showing the local cultural characteristics. The third floor also regularly exhibits art exhibitions, adding a lot of cultural nutrients to the new housing area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境清幽，除了可以來借書之外，也能夠來這邊的地下室自習，星期日下午五點就閉館！

The novel modern library, the high ceiling and brightly-lit reading space, are clean and tidy, and it is comfortable to read books. Above the third floor is the exhibition space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 改制前為鄉立新屋圖書館，建築外觀為圓弧型，因當地居民絕大部份為客家，特點為設置客家圖書專欄與畫廊展覽。
Before the remodeling, it was a rural new house library. The exterior of the building is arc-shaped. Because most of the local residents are Hakka, it is characterized by setting up Hakka book columns and gallery exhibitions.

設備、座位看起來都滿夠的，也有很多新書
B1自習室，1F、2F為圖書館，3F為特殊藏書及展場
附近環境清幽，有汽機車停車位
