牛筋燉的夠軟爛，牛肉口感一般般不會太硬
湯頭雖然色深但口味不會太重或太鹹，也說不出有什麼特別深度的味道，但至少不是豆瓣醬湯頭啦
搭配的拉麵口感還不錯
台式泡菜夠酸可推，免費酸菜有點過油不推
可惜是整體印象點不夠，不是住附近可能不會特地回來吃
