★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガチョウ肉が有名なローカルレストランです。
特製のソースに付けて食べます。
日本では食べれなそうな料理がたくさんあって楽しめました。
人気があり家族連れ客がほとんどで、2階席もあるので すぐ入店できました。
駐車場がないので近くのパーキングに入れました。

I enjoyed the many dishes that I couldn't eat in Japan.
It was popular and most of the guests were with families, and there were seats on the second floor, so I was able to enter the store immediately.
Since there is no parking lot, I put it in a nearby parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鵝肉部位有些好吃,有些又有點柴,蘸醬很特別,與一般鵝肉店蘸醬不同,炒米苔目好吃夠味,客家小炒的部份也很夠味,但好像少了豆乾,爆炒三鮮難得吃到海參+蹄筋+魷魚的組合!福菜五花湯感覺喝到滿滿的鮮味(在想是鵝湯嗎),福菜味很夠又不死鹹,真的好喝,這裡適合4人左右來吃,比較能夠吃到多種菜色!

The fried rice moss is delicious and flavorful, and the Hakka small fried part is also very flavorful, but it seems that there is no dried bean curd. Fried Sanxian is a rare combination of sea cucumber + tendon + squid! The Fucai Five Flower Soup feels full of umami (Is it a goose soup?), the Fucai flavor is enough and not too salty. It is really delicious. It is suitable for about 4 people to eat, and you can eat a variety of dishes. !

可能今天師傅比較忙 鵝肉切的非常厚!
導致不是很好咬
然後很可惜沒點到鵝珍、鵝心、鵝肝ㅠ
不過用餐環境感覺可以更好
今天光等點餐就花了一些時間
因為這裡是由工作人員劃點餐單的
今天只有1個工作人員幫忙點餐 然後前面的客人感覺應該是還沒有完全想好自己要點什麼 導致後面等蠻久的 動線也變得很混亂
接著還有不知道是新來的服務生嗎(?) 教育這位服務生的音量非常大聲... 然後那位服務生總是在意想不到的位置上菜?(不把菜放到中間)
上菜速度的話 因為外帶的客人也很多 感覺有被影響到
米苔目和鵝肉蠻快就來了 但是最後一道菜來的時候 第一道菜已經吃完了?

If the speed of the food is served, there are a lot of take-out customers, so I feel that it will be affected.
