★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是我到過動作最慢,專業最差的台灣大哥大服務中心,最可笑的是他還是直營的,今天拿了二張帳單去繳(一張手機,一張第四台),櫃檯的人員都在接續約客戶(其他點一般都會先把繳費的處理掉),我說要繳費,他們讓我稍等,等它們跟客人扯了好一陣子,我問了一下,還要等很久嗎?才有一位服務人員打算先幫我處理繳費,帳單拿給他,他弄了好一陣子,結果是,帳單刷了條碼卻又另外人工輸入出單,台灣大寬頻的第四台帳單要我拿去便利商店繳(他說條碼是便利商店商店專用),我告訴他單子上面有註記myfone可以繳,服務人員卻一臉茫然,原本還打算找時間來這邊把我的平板做續約,現在我跟他拿回我手機繳費收據跟第四台帳單(難怪他們不先處理繳費,我終於懂了,跟現場其他客戶說聲抱歉),出門時告訴自己,這家店我絕對不會再來了,真的是最差,沒有之一
This is the slowest and worst professional service center in Taiwan that I have ever been to. The most ridiculous thing is that it is still directly operated. Today I took two bills to pay (one mobile phone, one fourth station). The staff at the counter are all renewing the client's contract (other points usually deal with the payment first), I said that I need to pay the fee, and they told me to wait until they talked with the client for a while, I asked, and Wait a long time? Only one of the service staff planned to help me with the payment first, and gave him the bill. He worked it out for a while. As a result, the bill was scanned with a bar code but was manually entered and issued. The bill for the fourth Taiwanese broadband Asking me to pay at a convenience store (he said the barcode is for convenience store stores only), I told him that there was a note on the list that myfone can be paid, but the service staff was at a loss, and originally planned to find time to come here to renew my tablet. Yes, now I’m taking back my mobile phone payment receipt and the fourth bill with him (no wonder they don’t process the payment first, I finally understand, I apologize to other customers on site), and tell myself when I go out, I absolutely Won't come again, really the worst, no one

店長非常有耐心 剝繭抽絲 一個一個問題幫忙找 而且非常客氣 一直怕我坐太久 終於大概坐了一個小時 最後可以打通了 謝謝店長的耐心和專業的服務 讓我不用跑中壢一趟 很有在地服務的感覺 非常感謝

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 收訊真的很差,不只我家,公司…或一些場合偏遠上山的地方,收訊真的沒有很好,想說至少家裡收訊要好一點,結果很差…去店家資訊,店員說會調整基地台方向,好了以後,結果也不行,我說可不可以換低費率,用不到兩個禮拜,他說只能另外買Wi-Fi,簽約了....因為是專案…他也沒有辦法,所以買家記得先看看試用七天,再來要不要換店家,我是錯誤的示範,導致店家也好像沒辦法幫你,就只能叫我買wi-Fi,心情真的很差,後來我只好打給電話給客服人員,希望他能幫幫忙,訊號很差,結果客服人員,直接評估後安排工程師來我家,加裝一個強波器,比去店家反應還要好,收訊後來好一點,但還是沒有好很多,用了一個月多,真的後悔了,買再好的手機也沒有用,本人用過中華、遠傳、亞太,第一次用台灣大哥大…真的嚇到了。

As a result, the customer service staff arranged for an engineer to come to my house and install a booster after direct evaluation. The response was better than going to the store. A little bit, but it's still not much better. I've used it for more than a month, and I really regret it. No matter how good a mobile phone is, it's useless. I have used Zhonghua, Yuanzhuan, and Asia-Pacific. This is the first time I use Taiwan Big Brother... Really scared .
