其實牛肉麵倒不是清淡
辣味跟香料味還是有
但是湯頭只有香料味
高湯的味道沒有了
理想的紅燒牛肉湯
除了調味以外，湯底應該是牛骨或是牛雜高湯
這樣才有牛肉的鮮甜
但是這個湯頭吃不到...
話雖如此
但是也不到難吃，就是一般的口味吧
水餃還算不錯，屬於皮薄的類型
如果其中幾個不要破的話，可以給更高分

餛飩偏大顆，一碗五個
湯有加油蔥跟韭菜末，油蔥香味平淡
滷肉飯的滷汁不錯，類似鬍鬚張
但是！碗底的油也太多了吧
光看到就有點反胃
醬汁區就如圖，酸菜偏乾無味

For me the noodle was slightly overcooked. The texture could be more chewy. Dry noodle taste could be tastier, but the beef broth was tasty.
Price was okay, portion was okay.
