看了一下放三明治的地方有沒有自己想要的口味 就去櫃檯點餐 點了一個吐司及一杯飲料
在等餐時看了明細
多了一個20元隨手三明治
店員似乎看到我有疑惑 結完前面客人就跑去三明治那邊清點數量
等到我正開口詢問 他就把準備好的二十塊給我跟我說是他key錯
點餐的時候還有問我是要湯種還是波浪吐司呢
說key錯會不會有點太逞強
是把客人當小偷嗎
不是應該要先確認顧客有沒有拿才key單嗎
如果我沒看明細是不是就這樣無辜多付錢
