搬家期間緩衝期拿信件，被不善告知若下次有信件都會退回，不要再來拿信件。平時有禮對待也從不找麻煩，但為什麼要這樣板臉不友善的凶狠的警告？孩子在旁還禮貌微笑打招呼，卻是因為這樣的態度而被嚇到，旁邊還有其他住戶卻大聲要我不要再來拿，重點是，我只拿這一次我也沒有要麻煩或為難，不能好好說話和顏對待嗎？
