個人觀點，友善的語氣、態度真的很加分，因為身為患者，就醫已經很害怕了，真的很需要這樣的心情增加勇氣。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蘇醫師與櫃檯小姐的服務態度一直都很好，但是宋姓女性牙醫助手必須改善對於小孩子們的嚴厲與不屑的態度。每次去都要忍受妳的兇巴巴口吻，不是每個小孩要吃妳這一套，身為家長，至少我本人，多年來極為不滿！
