態度超差! 我剛好路過看到這家印刷店,因為工作需求需要彩色列印DM 一進店家大約在12:00 才問說不好意思請問。。 店員就沒看到現在在吃飯嗎?13:00再來!直接趕人!!

第一次去,以後再也不會去第二次了。 原因:某個女店員態度差。我只是要印一本講義,問她大約何時好,她說照順序排。我再問:一個禮拜內可以好嗎? 她說不知道。(我想說只是一本講義而已不可能太久)留了手機後跟她確認:好了會打給我對嗎?她回:不然留電話幹嘛? 過了快一個禮拜都沒接到電話(星期三給的,當天星期二還沒接到電話通知),原稿講義是跟同學借的要趕快還人家了,我想說只能自己先去把原稿取回,之後看怎樣再說了。去了說:我可以先把原稿拿走嗎因為今天就要用了,結果她回:講義早就印好了放在那。我問:不是說印好會打給我嗎? 她回:我們前幾天放假誰有時間打給你? 然後就嘴中一直碎念+小聲罵人 (不知道是在罵誰,我雖然覺得錯愕但態度都是好好的,應該不是罵我吧…而且什麼叫放假沒時間打電話給我,我那天自己去拿講義是星期二耶,難到你星期一沒有營業嗎?黑人問號.jpg) 重點印的技術也不ok,書皮黏的醜,有兩坨膠漏在外面,還快散了收我210元(同學原本的講義完全沒有這個問題,黏的好又牢固又沒有奇怪的膠只要110元) 可惡!早知道先看網路評論!

這區影印店一大堆,這家不是最便宜的,品質也不是最好的,但是態度卻是最糟糕的。 舉凡電話寫錯、影印方式份數記錯、給圖給錯、收錢收錯...等等一大堆問題,重要的是態度還很糟糕,自己錯還怪給消費者。 1.電話號碼寫錯:紀錄電話號碼也不跟消費者確認號碼寫了就放旁邊,結果電話號碼寫錯害消費者一直等電話,打電話主動詢問進度還會被碎念好了就會打給你麻煩不要一直問,結果等電話等了一週再打過去詢問居然回覆已經好了,而且已有電話通知,取件時發現電話號碼根本寫錯,整整浪費許多天的時間才拿到圖。 2.影印方式或份數記錯:同上,未跟消費者二次核對影印方式,敘述比較複雜的影印方式後想要跟店員核對也遭拒絕,原因只是現場工作繁忙沒空詳加核對,結果影印出來錯誤還要消費者自行承擔費用。 3.給圖給錯:把兩個客戶的資料搞混導致雙方拿錯資料,因本公司影印或藍曬圖皆為A1圖,現場空間狹小根本也沒有空間可以攤開確認,且如此基本不該犯的錯不應常態發生,浪費了客戶的時間,也損害了貴公司的商譽。 4.收錢收錯:圖的份數與收據明細不符,內容明明為6張圖影印6份,結果收據上居然寫8張圖影印6份,許多消費者都會有自行先將金額算妥的習慣,但若無此習慣的消費者未在現場核對我想事後店家也不會承認自己的錯誤。 其中在店內與客戶對答的用詞跟語氣都非常非常糟糕,我就不贅述了...還有很多寫也寫不完,為什麼我會去這麼多次?因為公司主管指名這家店,我以為公司有合作,結果只是因為主管認為我走的方向這家順路推薦這家給我,他們自己也沒有去過這家,在得知此事後果斷換了另一家,也把我的經歷分享給公司同事及其他我的同業者,我個人認為這家店連一顆星都不值得擁有。

As a result, 8 pictures are printed on the receipt and 6 copies are printed. Many consumers will have to calculate the amount by themselves. Because the director of the company named this store, I thought the company had cooperation, but it was only because the director thought that I was going to recommend this store to me. 毫無預警就跟老客戶在「印好後」要求漲價!所以等於前幾天印同樣份數的價錢又臨時跟我多收一倍!收錢的阿姨態度理直氣壯真的態度很差!還說我又不像有些客戶印大份量的!那漲價也不是突然跟我說漲就漲阿!根本是故意在印好的時候才變動提高價錢的!真的再也不會去這家店了!超級無敵糟糕的服務態度品質!
