20211221永達再次刷新寬頻服務極差的下限,整個桃園代官山社區速度慢到應該會集體提團體申訴NCC,再不改善就看看,奉勸這種網路品質的公司早點倒閉免得被長期受害又無法改變。 永達真的很爛,不時斷線,客服只有上班時間,假日夜間絕對是語音找不到人處理,這個年假初三早上就斷線,客服電話語音說下班中,所以應該要等到初六上班才會通,所以所有人都要等你們公司有人上班才能使用?而且也沒有任何補償措施或是即時轉知相關復工訊息,好像是公司心情好才有網路用,莫名奇妙,祝你們公司年假放得開心,出門不會被車撞。 剛剛看看評論有人去年過年也是斷線2/3-2/9,合理懷疑這些不是意外斷線,而是故意斷線,只要某期間網路流量過大,不符貴公司租用中華電信網路費用成本,是不是就故意斷線?再把斷線責任推給中華電信? 不然為何中華電信沒有一起斷?只有你永達斷? 生意要做到這樣沒良心沒品質?有沒有做任何補償措施? 說對不起意外斷線就可以降低成本? 有沒有考慮用戶斷線的不便?
